People who know anything about me knows I am partnered in SL to the lovely Ema. I am sure assumptions are made that we are lesbians, bisexual, or whatever else there is to say. I have had to explain over and over that she is my soulmate and not my lover. But if I were bisexual, I would switch up on my clothing and this would pretty much be my style. I consider it nerdy/hipster. I love the suspender look with glasses or some punk rock hairstyle. Then again I love to be all girly as well. I remember taking one of those silly app tests about what kind of lesbian I would be and it had to do with fashion I can’t quite remember lol. But basically I would have no bias of the choice of clothing. Yes I know it is more than just clothing choices, I just don’t want to offend anyone on the subject.

As She Stood There
Perhaps one of my favorite quotes about changes in life is:

I for one am not afraid of dying, and as I stood in place earlier today while cooking, I thought about my past and how it transpired to what it is today. The year is starting off so much better than I would have imagined. I guess ridding the toxins out of your life really does help. So does stepping away from your computer, enjoying some of the smaller things in life and slowly evolving into someone who is a little more mature than I was a few years ago.
While on the subject of “change”, we will be changing the land around and I for one cannot wait! We want to get rid of the snow and start for spring. I promise it will be worth it over shoveling snow :D.
Today I decided to show off this smexy dress from Twenty 13 and a new lipstick from MUA. The dress comes in a TON of different colors! The hud has solids and patterns so believe me when I say it is worth looking into. I know people question what you can wear with mesh bodies and over half of the mesh I put on it usually fits. I would suggest a little editing with this dress if you choose to wear it over a mesh body. The dress is fitted mesh so it moves with your body parts.
MUA has released several new lipsticks in Fem and Tender. I am rocking the Fuchsia in Tender with a little gloss over it since it is a matte finished lipstick. If you love rockin couture type stuff, MUA is an excellent place to accentuate that face of yours.

This Song in My Heart
Hiya everyone! I am getting there…ya know catching up on my blogging. Might have to take a double look cause Skyla and I decided to rock these ponchos from PMS. I had planned to not blog today, but due to the high volume of traffic, I decided to go for the pictures when the sim wasn’t overflowing with folks. As for the title of this post, I have this song….it is playing on repeat lol. The song by Pentatonix called “That’s Christmas to Me”. It really touches me..not just the song, but the music video is touching as well. I think I love this song so much because there are a combination of voices that blend so well! I will place the video below just in case you are looking for new Christmas tunes to listen to. Their whole Christmas album is wonderfully done!

Hello everyone, I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! I had to change my plans unfortunately. My back decided to have a slight strain and well having a Lumbar strain is no joke! The pain is slowly subsiding which is a great thing! I didn’t think I would be blogging, but I have a few due before the end of the month so I decided to take my procrastinating ass on SL and look through my items.

Sweater Weather
So, normally I do not post blogs at like 4:00am my time, but I had such a horrible skin reaction to something earlier, I took two Benadryl liquid capsules and well lets say I was in bed by like 8:00pm. I woke up a little past midnight and decided to put a look together while talking to the wifey on voice.
Deesses is taking part of the Gacha Mania, and besides the lipsticks and eyeshadows, she has two skins available for purchase for 75l per play. I am rockin the Simone skin in the Flat White tone.
N-Core released their new feet system and I am pretty stoked! Don’t get me wrong I love Slink and will continue to support Slink, but I have been an N-Core fan since my noob days. I got an update on my flat feet and decided to put along with my outfit the newest flats. If you have any of the older feet, please go to the store and get your free updates!! Not only are there free updates but free shoes to start off your shoe collections.
Last but not least, you may find this adorable cocoa mug from Ariskea at the Liaison Collaborative. There are several colors and sayings available for only 89l.

Losing My Ground
Happy Saturday! Today is such a weird day of weather here in South Florida! First it was sunny, then there was a gloomy hour of non stop rain…moments later it is very sunny outside. That won’t be the last of the rain though. It is expected to rain and produce inches of rain so my butt is staying inside and enjoying some comfort foods 😀 Talking about comfort food, we have opened our place for you all to come and enjoy! You will see this harvesty bit with such warmth and golden colors…and as you progress it gets dark and gloomy into a house where perhaps a murder transpired? Who knows, you are allowed to make your own perceptions 🙂
Today I am blogging on a few new items. This dress is one of the newest items from Twenty. 13 called Raegan and comes in an array of colors. Also new from the Jewelry Fair is this set from Zenith called Rita(thankies Ema!). It has a collarbone lace necklace and earrings in either gold or silver. Finally, I was accepted again to Bella Elephante (THANK YOU) to blog her cosmetics. Yes, that song by Ingrid Michaelson has been stuck in my head it is kind of addicting. Talking about addictions, the Thrift Shop is back and a few of these items will be found there.
Twenty 13 and Something New are participating in the Thrift Shop and Ally has released a few hand poses (which are excellent for showing off nails and jewelry on the wrists and fingers). She has also released a few other poses so make sure to stop by her setup! Twenty 13 released unisex pants and yes I am rocking them with one of the newest releases from Delirium Style. The pants and the jacket comes with different versions (DS has a hud and this item is not at the Thrift Shop). In any case, make sure when you go check Ally’s stuff, make a way over to Twenty 13 cause I know you want to 😛
